Celebrity makeup artist Melissa Merhar-Parker has worked for some of the biggest names in the beauty business over her 14 years in the industry, including Prescriptives, Chanel and Dior. The Philly-born, Atlanta-based artist also championed a Makeup Concierge service in Atlanta, which helps empower women to look natural yet red-carpet ready through a customized makeup-application lesson and shopping trip. Additionally, Merhar-Parker helps numerous brides look their best for their big day.
